Atalanta Weller originates from Gloucestershire, England and studied at the prestigious Cordwainers at the London College of Fashion. She worked with House of Holland, Sinah-Stanic and Gareth Pugh. Before that she also worked for John Richmond, Hugo Boss and Clarks. Her designe signature is very much: "Bold, graphic, retro futurism, with a sexy twist!" Atalanta designs for "the strong, independent thinking woman who likes to look fabulous and feel amazing in what she wears on her feet."
For AW12 Atalanta Weller continues to build her profile as one of London's most exciting shoe designers.
She seeks her artistic inspiration from all over London, "from west to east but I always end up back at my studio."
She cites her inspiration for the strongly architectural and monochrome AW12 collection as:
"Pony clubbers, nazguls and disco graphic."
