She has won many awards in her career to date and started her own shoe label with mentoring from Jimmy Choo himself.
For SS13 Joanne has been selected by none other than Matthew Williamson himself to collaborate upon his very first footwear collection.
"Joanne's shoes are outrageous, amazing and artistic," comments Louise Roe, a television presenter, model and fashion journalist. "They make a huge statement and I'm obsessed with them."
"Art Deco architecture has always been a big influence on my work but my research always draws on something new too, mainly through a series of photographs taken on my travels. Jewellery and metal also work to influence my designs, especially in the development of new heel shapes."
